At Hasthkala we believe in delivering handcrafted products made by expert artisans/weavers/artists across India. Since all our products are completely handmade we expect our buyers to understand that there can be minor imperfections in design which in itself are a testament of the genuineness of the product. There can also be minor shade/colour differences due to digital photography and difference in the resolution of different screens. Shipping and Delivery: The majority of the products at Hasthkala currently have a turn around time associated with their making, apart from delivery, since we promote individual artists and weavers who work in smaller quantities. We have various channel partners for shipping products within and outside India safely and securely. Once the product is shipped we notify the customer on his/her preferred medium – email, SMS, WhatsApp.
Returns and Refunds: We offer a 100% refund on damaged/torn/broken products. The clients are advised to make a parcel opening video for the products they receive and show us the defect clearly in the video. Once the defect is verified by our team in the video we request the client to ship the product back to us and we shall be happy to refund the shipping charges born by the client in doing so. As on date, we have had only .01% chances of customer grievances since we first do a thorough quality check of each product at our facility and then dispatch the same to the client.
